Who runs this site

Balendai is an independent project created and maintained by an individual. Questions about this policy can be sent to contact@balendai.com.

What is collected

• Emails you send to the contact address — used only to reply to you, and deleted on request.
• Aggregate, cookieless visit counts used to understand readership — no visitor profiles, no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers.
• A dismissed-notice preference stored only in your own browser (never transmitted to us).
• The admin sign-in is operator-only; visitors cannot create accounts, and there is no newsletter or comment system.
• No personal information is sold or shared with third parties.

Purpose and legal basis

Information is used only for the purpose it was provided or collected for — replying to messages, understanding readership, and operating the site — consistent with the consent and purpose-limitation principles of Nepal's Individual Privacy Act 2075.

Your rights

You may ask whether information about you is held, and request access, correction, or deletion of it, via contact@balendai.com. Deletion requests are honored promptly, subject only to obligations the law may impose.

Children

This is a general-information site with no content directed at children and no knowing collection of children's information. A guardian may request deletion of any such information via the contact address.

Material changes to this policy will be noted here with a revised date.
